Our Website sells alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 21 years of age to browse our products, create an account, or place an order. By using the Website, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you are purchasing for personal use and not for resale.

  • Packaging, label designs, and batch details may vary from the images shown.
  • Many of our bourbons, ryes, and tequilas are limited or allocated releases, so availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and shipped.
  • Tasting notes are descriptive only and reflect personal opinion.

4. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice.
  • Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel any orders placed at that price and will notify you and issue a full refund.
  • Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless stated, and they may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email, but that email does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when it ships. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale activity, failed age verification, quantity limits on allocated products, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, Bitcoin, and gift cards. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers, and we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or age-verification requirements.
  • Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered and signed for by an adult aged 21 or older.
  • You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect address or refused delivery are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Responsible Drinking

Please enjoy our products responsibly. Never drink and drive, and do not consume alcohol if you are pregnant, taking medication that interacts with alcohol, or otherwise advised not to. Roco Bourbon is not responsible for the misuse of any product.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and page design, is owned by Roco Bourbon or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.
